# Cuxial Garages

Garages, vehicle keys, rentals, job fleets, impound and an in-game admin panel for FiveM.

Cuxial Garages stores, delivers and tracks every owned vehicle on your server, and adds vehicle keys, hourly rentals, job fleets and an impound system on top. Garages, depots and rental points are created in game from an admin panel, with no coordinates to type.

## What it does

* **Public garages.** One list with all your vehicles: take out, store, preview, transfer to another garage or to a nearby player, recover a vehicle left outside, and mark it on the map.
* **Job garages.** A fleet per job with a minimum grade per vehicle, liveries and an extras menu. Fleet vehicles are returned, not stored.
* **Impound depots.** Officers impound with a form (cost, reason, depot, whether the owner can retrieve it). Owners pay to get the vehicle back; authorized jobs can release it.
* **House garages.** Placed from the panel, or opened by your housing resource through an export.
* **Vehicle keys.** Keys are inventory items tied to a plate. Lock, engine, shared job keys, hotwire, lockpick, carjack and police alerts.
* **Rentals.** Rental points with a catalogue, price per hour, deposit, stock and optional licence. Late returns cost money and damage the engine.
* **Vehicle cleanup.** Countdown on screen, protected zones, owned vehicles sent back to their garage. Manual or scheduled.
* **Admin panel.** Garages, job fleets, depots, rental points, every vehicle and every player, from `/garageadmin`.
* **Per vehicle:** nickname, favourite, fuel, engine, body and mileage.

## Garage types

| Type   | Behaviour                                                                                                                                                                                          |
| ------ | -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Public | Shows all your vehicles. A vehicle is taken out at the garage where it is stored; from any other garage you bring it over with a transfer. The only type offered as a remote transfer destination. |
| House | Local garage. You fill it by driving there, or with "transfer here" while standing at it. |
| Gang | Works like a house garage, open to any player. |
| Job | Only visible to players with that job. Lists the fleet configured in the panel. |
| Depot | Lists your impounded vehicles and, for authorized jobs, the ones they can release. |

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the following URL with the `ask` and `goal` query parameters:

```
GET https://docs.cuxial.com/scripts/core/cuxial-garages.md?ask=<question>&goal=<user_goal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is what the user is ultimately trying to achieve, the reason they need the answer. Sharing it helps GitBook give you a better, more relevant answer. A goal is most helpful when it describes the outcome the user wants rather than restating the question. For example, with `ask=how do I create an API token`, a goal like `automate deployments from our CI pipeline` lets GitBook tailor the answer to that use case.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
