Cuxial Screens creates its own tables and adds no inventory items. Once it starts, staff place screens from the in-game panel.
Check the dependencies
These resources must be installed and working before you add the script:
- OneSync enabled on the server
ox_liboxmysql- A framework: QBox (
qbx_core), QBCore (qb-core) or ESX (es_extended) - A target:
sleepless_interact,ox_targetorqb-target cuxial_bridge2.22.1 or later
To move new screens with a gizmo from the staff panel, also install object_gizmo. It is optional.
Copy the resource
Place the cuxial_screens folder inside your resources directory. Keep the folder name as it is: other resources find it by that name.
Database
The tables are created on the first start. If you prefer to create them yourself, import install/cuxial_screens.sql.
| Table | What it stores |
|---|---|
cuxial_screens_profiles | Theme, accent, wallpaper and desktop layout of each character |
cuxial_screens_files | Documents of the Files app |
cuxial_screens_notes | Notes of the Notes app |
cuxial_screens_placed | Screens placed from /screensadmin |
cuxial_screens_settings | System and browser settings saved from the panel |
cuxial_screens_log | Staff actions, kept for logs.retentionDays days |
Start order
Start it after its dependencies and before any resource that adds screens or apps to it, such as Cuxial Casino.
ensure oxmysql
ensure ox_lib
# your framework and target
ensure object_gizmo
ensure cuxial_bridge
ensure cuxial_screens
ensure cuxial_casinoIf a resource that registers apps or screens starts before Cuxial Screens, or Cuxial Screens is restarted, Cuxial Bridge registers them again on its own.
Language
The texts follow the ox_lib language. Spanish and English are included.
setr ox:locale "en"Place your first screen
Join as staff and run /screentest. A test monitor appears in front of you, visible only to you. Look at it and choose Use screen: Cuxial OS boots on the monitor. Press Esc to leave and run /screentest again to remove it.
Then open /screensadmin, press New, pick a model, press Place (or Here), set who can use it and save. The screen appears for every player at once.
