The most frequent problems after installing Cuxial Casino, with the cause and the fix for each one.

The resource does not start

Cause. A dependency is missing or starts later than the casino. Cuxial Casino needs OneSync, ox_lib, oxmysql, cuxial_bridge 2.24.0 or later and cuxial_casino_assets.

Fix. Start them in this order:

There is no "Sit down to play" option on the machines and tables

Cause. The casino map is not installed or not started, or it starts after the casino. The script finds machines and tables by their models in the map.

Fix. Install the casino map (k4mb1-casino), start it before cuxial_casino and restart the server.

Chips, vouchers or the membership card show without a name or image

Cause. The casino items are not in ox_inventory.

Fix. Copy the entries of install/ox_inventory/items.lua into ox_inventory/data/items.lua and the images of install/ox_inventory/images/ into ox_inventory/web/images/. Restart ox_inventory and then the casino.

The beer from the bar does not count as a drink

Cause. The casino_beer item was added without its server line.

Fix. Copy the casino_beer entry exactly as it is in install/ox_inventory/items.lua, including server = { export = 'cuxial_casino.casinoBeer' }.

The console warns that the society account "casino" does not exist

The warning reads fondo: la cuenta de sociedad "casino" no existe; la caja opera sin fondo.

Cause. No society account named casino exists in your banking resource, or no supported banking resource is started.

Fix. Create the account as explained in Installation. With Cuxial Banking, make sure the casino job exists or import install/sql/casino_society.sql. If your fund account has another name, set it in fund.society.

Players cannot cash out chips or redeem vouchers

Cause. The casino fund has no balance and fund.requireBalance is true. The console prints fondo: sin saldo para pagar ….

Fix. Deposit money into the fund from the management app on the office computer, or from your banking resource. To pay even without balance, set fund.requireBalance = false.

"You reached the daily cashier limit" at the cashier

Cause. The character reached the daily buy or cash-out cap: $25,000 without a membership, or the cap of their tier.

Fix. Raise cashier.daily or the daily of each tier in data/membership.lua, or change them live from /casinoadmin → Cashier and Membership.

Employees cannot clock in or the posts are greyed out

Cause. The casino job does not exist in the framework, the character is not in it, or their grade is below the post's minimum.

Fix. Create the job as explained in Installation. If your job has another name, set it in job.name. Check the minimum grades in job.posts.

/casinoadmin says you have no access

Cause. The account is not in group.admin, or it lacks the permission in admin.permission.

Fix. Grant both in server.cfg, as shown in Commands & permissions, and reconnect.

The office computer does not open the management app

Cause. cuxial_screens is not started, or starts after the casino. Only the boss grade of the job and staff can open the app.

Fix. Start cuxial_screens before cuxial_casino_assets and cuxial_casino. Check that the character's grade is marked as the boss grade of the casino job.

The lucky wheel gives cash instead of the car

Cause. The car could not be created in the garage set in wheel.car.garage. The player receives the wheel.car.fallback prize instead.

Fix. Set wheel.car.garage to the name of a garage that exists on your server, and wheel.car.model to a vehicle model your server has.

Players can use emotes while seated

Cause. cuxial_emotes is not installed, or starts after the casino.

Fix. Install Cuxial Emotes and start it before cuxial_screens and the casino.

A change in shared/config.lua does nothing

Cause. The same option was saved earlier in the admin panel. Values saved in the panel take precedence over the file.

Fix. Open /casinoadmin, find the field and use Reset to go back to the value of the file, or change it from the panel.

The interface does not open or shows a blank screen

Cause. The web folder of the resource is incomplete.

Fix. Copy cuxial_casino again from the package, replacing the folder, and restart the resource.
